This recording is pure self indulgence with my art form that I love dearly and can never seem to get enough of. Recorded on my fortieth birthday, it seemed only fitting to press record and play for exactly 40 minutes. You could call it a drum solo, or a monologue if you will, but I like to think of it as a stream of consciousness exercise in pure expression, or more simply, a timed meditation.
